Sue Marchant and her husband have a 1996 Chimaera 400 and after being laid up over the winter period the car will not start. The engine turns over, so the battery is healthy, but it just refuses to fire.

	Robin Hasson has a 1997 Chimaera 400 and has a problem starting the car that is getting progressively worse. It is particularly bad when the engine is hot, but improves if he lets the car cool down before trying again.
