1:1 - Ride Drive Limited will at all times, other than where required to act by a court of law or legal statute, will undertake not divulge or disclose any personal information relating to any Ride Drive customer, past, present or future, to any person or persons outside the Ride Drive organisation, so maintaining a state of complete confidentiality, unless permission to divulge such information is granted by the person or persons to which that information relates.

1:2 - When dealing with any business relationship all members of the organisation of Ride Drive Limited, including its agents and its servants, shall at all times undertake to keep the terms of any agreement between Ride Drive Limited and any third party, including any further information supplied to each other in respect of that agreement, or information in respect of each other’s business practices, shall at all times be regarded strictly as confidential information. In this respect Ride Drive Limited agree that no disclosure of information, in whole or in part, to any person or persons, as with the exception of involved Ride Drive employees, without prior written consent, will take place.

1:3 - Ride Drive Limited will only use the information relating to the customer, either in person or as an organisation, in a proper lawful manner and in accordance with the provisions and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

1:4 - Any employee, servant or agent, acting on behalf and in connection with the business of Ride Drive Limited, will undertake to record information concerning the beneficiary of the any Ride Drive service or product, or any organisation or person making an enquiry into the services or products of Ride Drive Limited, that is sufficient only for the purpose of being able to provide the expected required level of service, or product, to that person, or organisation, in an efficient and proper manner.

1:5 - Any record of personal information retained on file for the purpose of being able to operate in a manner as required by the beneficiary of the Ride Drive customer or enquirer (as in paragraph 3.3 above), that information will consist of:

Contact first name and surname.
Contact address.
Contact telephone and fax number(s).
Contact email address.
Make of vehicle.
Model of vehicle.
Description of vehicle.
Details of special needs.
Details of any relevant disabilitiy.
Details of driving or riding experience.
Details necessary to determine any health & safety implications.
Name and address details of any third party beneficiary of purchase (i.e. vouchers).

1:6 - Any personal information relating to any customer of Ride Drive Limited, or any other person who has previously provided their personal details to Ride Drive Limited, to any representative, agent or servant of Ride Drive Limited, shall, upon direct request made by the provider of such information, be erased from all recording equipment under the direction and control of Ride Drive Limited, and will so erased at the earliest opportunity following any such request.

1:7 - Ride Drive Limited has a primary concern that the welfare of its customers shall be a first priority, and in order to facilitate the emotional, physical and psychological care of its customer, maintain a policy of open dialogue. The purpose of this statement is to ensure that where any disagreement, dispute or other complaint shall not be allowed to deteriorate through any lack of communication.
