The video clip on this page takes the art of overtaking other traffic on a single carriageway road to a high advanced level, as you are about to see a multi-vehicle overtake.

An overtake of this calibre should not be attempted without prior advanced road training input as it is one that can so easily go horribly wrong. We only show it here to demonstrate what is achievable through development and training so as to reveal what you can get from a Ride Drive advanced driver development course. Again we use Roger as our driver, who is our loyal and patient advanced driving customer, and you will see him perform a very neat and tidy five-vehicle overtake on a single carriageway road in a safe and controlled manner.

The film is initially shown in step-by-stp stages, in slow motion and by the use of still images, whilst the narrative explains each step of the procedure. We then run the film a second time, and in real time, to show the timing of all the elements.
