The Ride Drive Short-Day Advanced Motorcycle Rider's Course is a 4–hour road riding programme that can be delivered either as a 1:1 or a 2:1 training scenario and takes place using your own motorcycle.  You will find that we take a somewhat fresh and exciting approach to riding on the road, and will do our best to dispel many of the often negative perceptions some people have concerning advanced rider training.

The concept behind this option is for it to be used as an introduction to the world of advanced rider training for those who have no previous advanced riding experience. It can be very useful for those who are re-introducing themselves to riding, or for those who want to dip their toe into the Ride Drive pond so as to see what we are all about; perhaps as a prelude to taking up further training.

By developing advanced knowledge and riding accuracy, we give you the skills that will allow you to get more enjoyment from your bike in a road environment, and to help ensure that you see how much potential you have as a rider, and how much satisfaction you can get through safe, practical, and yet progressive riding methods.

The input you receive is applied largely on a practical riding basis and will be tailored to suit your own needs and level of existing ability.  Whilst we will make every effort to incorporate those elements that you would like to develop, there will be certain ingredients that always form the foundation of every training option. 

Elements covered on this course will include advanced observation technique, bend work, road positioning, overtaking and power management, so as to give you the skills to become more effective on the road.
