Dear Julian,

I am writing a quick letter, as I don’t think that enough people take time out to say thank you when they have received and used an excellent product or service.

The knowledge and experience I received from Steve on 1st July was immense, useful and really great fun! I was very apprehensive with my Cerbera when I purchased it four weeks ago because it represented such a big unknown for me. Not only have I now discovered the Dark Side of the car, as you put it, but I also learnt a multitude of other enhanced driving skills, advanced hazard management to name only one. I believe that all the skills have made me a better driver, therefore increasing my ownership pleasure ten-fold.

I would like to acknowledge the great instruction I received from Steve and would like to praise you for making this available to the general public. I am truly grateful that this experience was recommended to me and will likewise actively recommend it to other drivers, and not just those with high performance machines.
