This is a National Qualification Framework level-3 advanced driver training course, accredited by a leading UK educational establishment, the Open College Network, and is the only advanced driving course of its kind currently available to the private motorist within the mainland areas of the United Kingdom.
The Ultimate Advanced Driving Test
The course spans three–days in total, and comprises of a day of theory and two days of practical driver training. There is a written test to pass and an advanced driving test of your practical driving skills to complete to pass the course.

Delivered by people who come from an emergency services background, the Class–One Driving Course has been designed and structured to suit a wide and varied range of driving needs, aspirations and applications. To ensure that consistentcy is always maintained at a top level, each course is quality assessed by an independent moderator appointed by the Open College Network, so the Ride Drive customer can be confident the standard of delivery will always be high in quality.
As already mentioned above, the Class–Driving Course consists of 1–day of theory and two days of practical advanced driver training. The syllabus covers essential driving skills components, such as The System of Car Control, which embraces advanced observation, hazard management and planning, bend assessment, advanced car control skills and overtaking. It also cuts through a lot of the myths associated with what advanced driving methods should be. Our team will always make sure, for those who undertake this course, that each element of the course programme is understood and that all desired learning outcomes are achieved.
The great thing about this course is that whilst it maintains a high standard in driver training, it still remains flexible enough to be tailored to the needs of the individual, and so fulfil individual requirements. The three dates can be completed consecutively, or if preferred, as three individual dates to provide the customer with a flexible training package that can fit around existing commitments.
